were infected with the virus, a reticulated virus generating
matrix, rod-shaped nucleocapsid, and a large amount of envelope
material appeared in the nucleus of the midgut epithelial cells,
and the virus particles entered the aggregated polyhedrin protein.
After the larvae of tea ecotropis obliqua are infected with the
virus, the incubation period is longer, usually about 7 days, which
determines the slower efficacy of the agent. Therefore, it is often
mixed or mixed with Bacillus thuringiensis and other fast-acting
